Our mission - provide a vehicle for Mosaix predictive dialer users to
increase their knowledge on proper operation, utilization, and maintenance of
their dialing systems and other call center solutions.
In 2003 The Mosaix User Group decided to support the King County Explorer
Search and Rescue (KCESAR) group with a donation of $1,262.00. KCESAR is an
all volunteer organization who perform search and rescue activities in King County,
Washington. This group of men and women are available to respond to searches and
rescues 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.
