Our mission - provide a vehicle for Mosaix predictive dialer users to increase their knowledge on proper operation, utilization, and maintenance of their dialing systems and other call center solutions.
2004 - Make A Wish Foundation
In 2004 the Mosaix User Group joined forces with the sorority Delta Tau Sigma of Indiana University Pennsylvania www.geocities.com/iupdeltatausigma to raise money for the Make A Wish Foundation. These young ladies at IUP did a spectacular job and raised a total of $1,000.00, details about their effort can be found here.
The Mosaix User Group raised an additional amount of $1,199.00, making a contribution of $2,199.00 to the Make A Wish Foundation.
