Dear Valued Avaya Predictive Dialing System Customer:
We have not heard from you since our first notice and are concerned. In an effort to assist you with future system planning, Avaya is providing the following information regarding the End-of-Support plans for the HP745, HP747 products. These servers are an integral component of your Avaya Predictive Dialer (formerly Mosaix Predictive Dialer).
Discontinuance:
The Products mentioned above will be supported until 12/31/2002. During this support period, customers who have Avaya Support contracts will be able to receive support from Avaya for this equipment until 12/31/2002.
Avaya has a replacement for the HP745, HP747 products. The HP-B2600 is the existing server offered as part of our solution. This platform will allow you to easily migrate to our latest Version 12 release.
