In an effort to assist you with future system planning, Avaya is providing the following information regarding the End-of-Support for Campaign Director PC’s formally supplied by Avaya.    These PC’s are an integral component of your Avaya Predictive Dialer (formerly Mosaix Predictive Dialer).

 

Discontinuance:

The product mentioned above will be supported until 12/31/2003.  During this support period, customers who have Avaya support contracts will be able to receive support from Avaya until such date.
