Our mission - provide a vehicle for Mosaix predictive dialer users to
increase their knowledge on proper operation, utilization, and maintenance of
their dialing systems and other call center solutions.
The Mosaix User Group "Gold Service Award" is presented to Mosaix/Avaya staff for going
"above and beyond" in providing services to their customers. Any recipient of the award will receive
a plaque and an uncirculated five dollar Indian Head Gold Coin.
