Where & What is PC
Analysis?
PC analysis is a system that allows you to choose any field from
a variety of databases that reside on the dialer including your calling lists
and system generated dialing/transaction res ults
It will depend on your model and version, but generally
it will require you to go to the CUI based Campaign Control, or a telnet
session where you log in as a system operator. Then it should be either under
Reports or in a separate login menu “analysis”.
Pc analysis has two sub menus, one where
you create and run an extract, and another where you can view it on line. A Third option is to use the FTP tool on
your campaign director, or a direct FTP set up to download your extracts to
your network or PC for use with other programs.

get several places- Producer, in PC analysis, from your call selection screens,
or from Avaya to be able to configure this.
