Where
& What is PC Analysis?

PC analysis
is a system that allows you to choose any field from
|
|
a variety of
databases that reside on the dialer including your
|
|
calling lists
and system generated dialing/transaction res ults
|
|
|
It will depend
on your model and version, but generally it will
|
|
require you
to go to the CUI based Campaign Control, or a telnet
|
|
session where
you log in as a system operator. Then it should be
|
either under
Reports or in a separate login menu “analysis”.
|
|
|
Pc analysis
has two sub menus, one where you create and run
|
|
an extract,
and another where you can view it on line.
A Third
|
|
option is to
use the FTP tool on your campaign director, or a
|
|
direct FTP
set up to download your extracts to your network or
|
|
PC for use
with other programs.
