Our mission - provide a vehicle for Mosaix predictive dialer users to increase their knowledge on proper operation, utilization, and maintenance of their dialing systems and other call center solutions.
Privacy Navigator SM
An analysis performed by UniversalSystems® in conjunction with existing clients has found that at least 10% of all numbers dialed in a pre-charge off campaign are denied by various call blocker technologies such as Telezapper® and Privacy Manager®. Interestingly, this percentage increases as accounts roll through delinquency buckets. This blockage translates into two different costs, the first of which is a cycle of recurring operational costs due to the ineffective identification of these non-productive call results and their miscoding followed again by further unproductive efforts. The second cost is greater as these accounts then roll in delinquency until they reach charge off - although, often, no real contact was ever made. The failure to identify and contact customers using call blockers means unnecessary costs, a loss of revenue and ultimately results in increased roll rates. Ironically the scale of the problem has been hidden by the dialing technologies used by the industry to be more efficient.
UniversalSystems® has conducted a study on the extent of the use of call blocker technologies for various delinquency buckets. Our results show the following:

These results mean that in at least 10% of the calls made by the dialer, either a message would have played to no benefit, or the telephone number is likely to have been removed from the dialer's download by the host system. The implication is obvious; more than 10% of the customer's who had fallen into delinquency bucket one would never be contacted through a dialer campaign unless the call blocking technology was identified and negated.

- Action, is the successful defeat of a call blocker technology and the consequent identification of the Right Party Contact (RPC). The properly identified RPC is then instantly and seamlessly delivered, (using skills based routing) to the customer's collector best equipped to secure a kept promise.
